What the Package Includes
Management of ongoing costs
This includes site maintenance charges, water and electricity bills. We would scrupulously monitor and track all outgoings ensuring everything ticks over at a steady and regular pace. Any issues arise and we'd be on-hand to deal with them immediately.
Property checks
With several months of the year blighted by extreme, sudden and heavy downpours, knowing your property is being monitored for any damage is important. Aside from a usual periodical check that we would carry out, in event of extreme weather we'd head over to your property in as short a time as possible. Any vulnerable terrace furniture would be protected and moved if neccessary, doors & windows would be checked for leaks, electrical appliances would be unplugged in case of storms and a general, thorough check of everythıng would be executed. Any unavoidable damage would be noted, after which you'd be informed and unless the situation required immediate remedy, we'd await your advice on what action you'd like taken. We'd handle all the red-tape and official procedures relating to insurance and would monitor any repair work being carried out to make sure it is completed to your standard.
Monitoring of site amenities
If your property is located on a site or complex, then the chances are you would be paying a monthly or yearly site maintenance fee. This usually covers swimming pool maintenance and chemicals, garden care and security. As part of our Property Management Package we'd make sure that the site service you and your property were receiving was was worth your money. Any sign of poor care, absent security, dirty pools or unkempt gardens and we'd inform you immediately and attempt to sort it out.
Preparation of property
On occasions when you and/or your family and friends wish to stay, we would ensure everything pertaining to a relaxing break would be in tip top condition. Hot water availability, clean sheets, fresh laundry and a myriad of other small but important things would be checked to make sure they were ready for your arrival. We can also have a welcome pack made ready with food and drink of your choice, (separate cost).
Gardens
If your property has a private garden, and you're keen to have a good-looking yet low maintenance surround to your home, then we can organise that for you with easily maintainable materials such as pebbles and drought-resistant plants.
Repair work
A house is never immune to problems. Because we know that you would want any structual issues in the property you paid for sorted as quickly as possible and as professionally as possible, we would be on hand to make sure that was the case. Repairing of issues with water, electricity, paint & plaster, heating system & aircons and the like are all part of our Property Management Package. Wherever possible we'd employ the relevant teams of handymen that we ourselves have used and approved and we would get the right price for you. Upon successful completion of any work, all recipts and bills would be kept and filed and you'd be informed every step of the way.
Purchase of items & other points
We would like to feel we have earned your custom, and to achieve that positive feeling of job-satisfaction we would be on hand to help in any way we could with any other niggling issue, unresolved problem or pressing matter you may have on your mind. In particular, if any one-off purchases are reqiured like TV or a satellite package, internet connection, kitchenware etc then that would be no problem. Again, all receipts would be filed and you'd be regularly informed.
